Unable to run VMs in fresh install of Qubes

Hi there,

i am new to qubes and have managed to install 3.2 on my Asus X550CA laptop. I am having a problem running VMs. The only one i am able to run is the vault VM. I tired running all others and the assistant window pops up saying "starting such an such vm" but nothing ever loads.

I also had an error during setup after the reboot. ['/usr/sbin/service', 'qubes-ntvm', 'start'] failed:

Any help would be appreciated. I couldn't find much on google regarding this.

EDIT: Would i be correct in assuming the vault VM is airgapped from the network and the qubes-netvm error i got during install is preventing any other non network isolated vms from booting?
