[EVENT] Needless actions!

"So, recently I have come to witness bold claims of me and several important military officers plotting a plan to destroy the North Korean artillery by digging a tunnel. Coincidentally, these claims were said out just as Hyundai Heavy Industries engaged in mining operations near the DMZ. A action we did not know of.

That being said, I will not lie. It is true. There truly existed a plan like that, discussed after the threat these people, no, these terrorists wished to bring upon the whole Republic of Korea! In a fit of rage, I did almost accept it, but in the end, nothing like that will happen.

WHY was such a plan conspired though? Because I stand strong with the policy of Strict Harmony, in that every action has a opposite. Every North Korean provocation will result in further action from the Republic of Korea. Just as any attempts to contact with friendship will be valued and responded to with honour. And these people attempted to smuggle nerve gas into our state! What do you think would have happened if they succeeded. Seoul would forever become a different place. All thanks to the valiant actions of our navy.

In the end, I wish to state that these are needless actions from both sides. If you, Kim Jong-Un wish to eliminate us, "capitalist puppets" so badly, then come attack us directly! And if I, Yoo Seung-min, wish to end the stalemate and reunite Korea, I will not dig tunnels. I will send my artillery and air force to do the task, a much capable force then anything the rebels can put against! We, the Republic of Korea know best of our capabilities.

That is why Kim's regime is smuggling nerve gas and hiding guns in the hills. That is why he is developing nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles, while the people are forced to live how we lived 40 years ago. Kim Jong-Un is afraid of a fair battle, a battle where neither the US or Chinese would intervene. He perfectly knows, that he would lose the battle.

Let us end speculation and needless actions. Let us end conspiracies and actually unite against a more common threat. We have no reason to argue. And if the people in the North hear me, there is no reason to fear your government for what they can do. Rise against them, and you can live like us, one of the wealthiest world's countries. And if any of you wish to come here, we will not deny that. Just know how to get to us, and we will not force you back. Come through the sea, prove that you wish to live with us, and even if you do nothing, you contribute against the tyrant in the North.
