Grandmother in South Africa wants to give me in USA $75,000. How can I pay less tax.

My grandmother in SA is 87 and wants to give me 1,000,000 rand (about $75,000) now as apposed to leaving it in her will. If it was left in the will she would have to pay a % to the lawyer as a processing fee. The SA bank told her the most she can send is 1,000,000 rand once a year. How can I maximixe this gift on my end. ei. pay less tax.
