Large Table formatted wierd. Want to make a filter using multiple columns

I have a large table that has product information like sku, price, upc, etc and it ends with columns of which customers order said product. I want to make a filter that will enable me to see which customer is ordering each product. so the example below, sku A is ordered by customers me, you , and them. Sku B is ordered by customers her, me, us. these customer columns run about 60 columns long. How can I make this filter with the way this data is organized?
