Ming and abdication

So, to abdicate the legitimacy needs to be at least 50. Even for Ming, who doesn't have (visible) legitimacy but instead uses meritocracy and thus has no way to increase it via events/monarch points.

Does paradox even playtest their patches?-) I mean, who doesn't want to cycle their first Ming (<6MP) leaders away asap...
