Missing a camo, maybe you guys can help

When I purchased the game (new) it came with a code to receive the Alien mixtape camo among other items. I love the Alien mixtape camo, so naturally I was stoked. Except I never got it. My account purchase list shows I redeemed the code, and anytime I enter the code it says I already redeemed it. But I have no way to download the content. I tried contacting Activision assist, but I never heard back. Maybe you guys will have some suggestions. Thanks in advance.
