FLU has me worried about maggots....is that a real thing?

We've been cloth diapering since January . Now that spring has sprung, I'm remembering something I read on Fluff love AGES ago about what to do if you get maggots (just typing that makes me want to barf) in your diapers. Is this likely if you wash every other day? The occasional fly in the house is almost inevitable....do I need to take precautions? HHAAAAAALLLPPPP!
