This show deserves a better class of villain, and I'm going to give it to them.

Savitar is an awful villain, this is an uncontested fact no matter who is under the armor. His horribleness has drug the Flash dangerously close the Arrow Season 3 writing. The Flash Season 4 villain needs to be better, so I decided to write a list of things the season 4 villain should have/do.

The Season 4 Villain must:

1. NOT be a speedster (The writers have already confirmed this)

2. Be revealed immediately No secret identity, no bullshit mask, no none of that stuff. 'My name is The Thinker and I'm going to be your Big Bad for the season.'

3. Be smart. Too smart for team Flash, have him win by cunning and planning than through brute force. This will force the show to be something other than 'gotta get faster!'

4. Be physically incapable of matching Barry in a straight fight. "What?" you might be asking, "Then who will he fight?" The Rogues of course! Who will be employed under him.

5. Have an endgame that is not Destroying Central City.
