Is there a madness with the number of tracks a song features?

I'm a hobby-producer and in my friends' circle, all it's about when I show them new stuff, is how many tracks my song features. I feel like it's dumb to pin it down on that, as a song can live with 15 as well as with 30 tracks. I usually use smth like 20-ish tracks. What about you? Where is your minimum and average?
