IWTL: How to get motivation for school?

I want to learn how to get motivation for school. At the moment I only have enough motivation to get by, but in reality I'm barely getting by. My GPA is a 1.9 as a Freshman and it's making me extremely depressed. So how can I get motivation for school? I really want to do better, pass my classes and get through college with a high GPA to get a good job. Also, will I even be able to get back from a GPA so low? I'm in computer science and I'm pretty sure you need well around a high GPA (possibly 3.5+) to get a decent job. I feel like I really fucked my life over.
