Is there anything I can do to help my QBD time?

Just got 85 herblore a few days ago, and I've been doing QBD to try and make some money. I don't have soulsplit yet, but that's why I'm here killing QBD. Problem is that I can only do one kill before I have to bank for more food. My inventory is 1 super restore, 1 grand magic potion, 1 super anti-fire, and the rest sharks and air runes. I also bring a Terrorbird that I fill with sharks.

Kills are usually more around 4 minutes, and I splash a lot more than I do in the video.

Is there anything else I can do to kill it faster, or am I just too weak at the moment?
