What bicycle can I buy for the summer?

Hello r/Portland I will be staying 3 months in the summer in Oregon and I think a bicycle would be really convenient any tips on biking in Portland any guides. Last but not least could anyone recommend me the best bang for my buck bicycle for the summer to get me around?
