Help suggest an account for my friend!

Long story short, I've done 30+ rerolls when the TotG expansion came out and have made a list of 15 better rerolls. Now, my friend started playing this game and it'd help him if I give one of my rerolled accounts to get a better start. This is the list of my rerolls and I'm using the 13th one (my best reroll) as my main account. So, I was hoping someone can suggest the 2nd best reroll among the ones in the list. With my limited knowledge of the game, I think the 8th one have most playable legends and is a good one. What do you guys think?

P S : Sorry for not posting this on the reroll thread because there are so many rerolls.
