Heroes from loot boxes should not be Legendary

Legendary pool is diluted enough with each tint being an entirely separate skin, and announcers sprinkled in too, AND multiple skins being undeservedly promoted to legendary for no reason. It's absolutely soul-crushing to open a legendary token and see it be a hero which you could acquire easily for 10k gold for year+ already.

I also watched some streams, and it was pitiful each time to see the streamer reroll veteran boxes time and time again only to get alarak, chromie and others.
