I lost my prescription and my doctor is not responding to my calls. What should I do?

My psychiatrist gave me 3 scripts for concerta and when I went to get my second script filled I wasn't able to find it. I won't be able to fill out the last script for another 2 weeks.

The problem is I can't get a hold of my doctor. Long story short: He works out of a hospital and I can't call him directly. I've tried to call the office, I just get transferred around and eventually put straight to voicemail. No responses to those voicemails. Got one person to respond, basically told me that because my meds are stimulants the best I could get was a lower dosage and I would get a call letting me know when I could pick up those scripts. Call never came. This has gone on for over a week.

I called today to see if I could come in and talk to my psychiatrist in person, was told he was wouldn't be in the office until Monday so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. I am so stressed out and angry. This is the worst time for me to be without medication (final exams, graduation, very intense annual sale event at work etc), otherwise, I would just tough it out and wait.

I don't know what to do. Am I basically fucked? Any help would be appreciated.
