Spike in console Mouse & Key usage

Is it just me or are there a pretty large number of players using Mouse and Key now? Just played 4 matches and in each match there were at least 2-3 friendlies as well as the opposition. I asked each player and every time they would respond it would either be, "What are you going do about it bitch", or they would just team kill. Is this going to get worse and worse? I have no idea if Ubi could fix this in the future or not but its getting hard to play considering the movement speed/aim speed for consoles vs. pc. Still love the game but I am definitely not trying to go the route of a follower and buy a mouse and key.
