Help getting house in order.

Hi guys, so I posted the other day about getting more fish for my 120L but as suggested I want to try and get all my water parameters set up right before that, anyone able to suggest where I could find a guide or suggest normal parameters for me, the tanks is quite mature but has no plants and just bog wood with 3 danios and a clown Plec.
