What house rules do you hate?

I always see an abundance of posts about kool house rules but what about the bad ones? What ruins your fun?

I once played a game where the dm made a rule that whenever our 8 int barbarian had a smart idea, he had to roll an int check to determine if he could actually come up with it. I wasn't the player but it really pissed me off
