Users On Windows 7 Are Locking Out Via RADIUS Almost Immediately After Changing AD Passwords

So we expire Network Passwords every 90 days. I use RADIUS for Wireless Authentication. What's happening right now is Windows 7 users are locking their accounts out if they Change their AD Password and don't catch that little tray prompt that their Wireless Credential is now invalid. Windows 10 is not doing this because it has the "Use Windows Cred" box checked.

I've had to unlock and fix 10's of users everytime their passwords expire recently.

Anyone know a workaround or a way to fix this? The problem is users don't catch it in time or don't know how to go into Credential Manager.
