Motors for 2"-2.5" props

I'm still trying to understand size, KV, etc so I wanted to ask for some expert advice before I waste my money on the wrong choices.

I'm planning to build a micro running 2" - 2.5" props (probably DYS 2030 tri-blades or maybe one of the new 4 or 5 blade props, depending on what works best) for acro practice, learning FPV 'freestyle' and just cruising around, not for the most extreme speed and power.

I will be using 2S batteries but having the possibility of upgrading to 3S in the future might be nice.

The questions:

1. Are 1103 or 1104 better for a 'lazy' build like I described above?
2. Would lower or higher KV be better (and why)?
