[Meta][Question][Feature Request] Create tags/flair for r/AskSF posts to help filter and get increase engagement?

As someone who likes to comment on / answer posts with questions about food, things to do, and where to stay, found myself wanting this subreddit to have post tags/flair, so posts can be filtered and you can set up alerts and feeds for your favorite categories of posts. A few tags/flair that come to mind are food, things to do, where to stay, moving, visiting, nightlife, transportation, lifestyle/culture, and Bay Area.

What are people's thoughts on adding post tags/flair, and how would people feel about making tagging/flairing posts required to post?
