1 bedroom with private bathroom located in Dunwoody ($750 + utilities)

Howdy!

I stayed here this April but had to leave because my application wasn't accepted since I have no credit; if you have just decent credit, this shouldn't be a problem for you.

The apartment has the bedrooms and bathrooms separated by the living room and kitchen so you get the left third of the house almost entirely to yourself. The area is very clean and very nice. Covered parking is available. There are in unit washer and dryer right next to your room which is incredibly convenient. There is huge window in your room and a giant walk-in closet. The kitchen is quite large for an apartment and you'll have plenty of space to put your groceries and appliances. Everything looks nice and new.

Furthermore, the complex is located in a great area and feels very safe and secure.

Dave is an excellent roommate. He keeps things clean and organized and is quiet most of the time. I never heard any noise from the neighbors while I was there.

I know finding a roommate online can always be a little daunting because there are so many unknowns, but hopefully this help takes some of the mystery out of the process.
