VMWare Server? What do I need to get?

So I am coming from the HyperV world and I have tried to keep my head buried in the sand for as long as possible, but now I need to get a VMWare Host Setup for a Linux based guest that only supports VMWare.

In the Microsoft world, I download Hyper V Server and I am done. What is the VMWare equivalent?
