Are there any precautions at all for HIV positive restaurant employees?

I have an employee that recently disclosed that he is HIV positive. He is engaging in an experimental process that causes frequent diarrhea and stomach issues. As well as the inability to hold his number twos and has to wear a diaper to work.

Are there any precautions needed and if so how to approach in a non discriminatory way?
