Question about AMCAS GPA: >93% converts to an A?

For some reason I can't figure out how AMCAS gpa is calculated based on your percentages in class.

I received around 93.8% in a couple classes which is an A- for us, but AAMC seems to imply over 93% is converted to an A in your AMCAS.

None of the AMCAS calculators I've found have options to put in percentages, so does your percentage not actually matter?

I don't see percentages on my school's transcript, but will AAMC still see them and bump up my AMCAS grade?

Thanks
