[Request] Miyazaki Style Tattoo For Deceased Friend

My best friend passed away a week before Christmas, and we were both very fond of Miyazaki films, especially My Neighbor Totoro. I would like to get a tattoo of us together with Totoro, but stylized like the animation used in Ghibli movies. Can anyone help me? I'll send reference material if I can find someone who can draw this.
