Computer failing and crashing

Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.

Sometimes my screen will turn black for 10-20 seconds and then I will get the message "Display Driver has stopped responding and has recovered", Sometimes it will skip the message and just go to a BSOD (error 0x000000116), or there will be no error message or BSOD and just starts right back up.

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

I've reinstalled my drivers, added TdrDelay, switched browsers (chrome -> firefox -> opera), and about any other thing that is resulted when you search this problem.
