Problem with enabling 4k with Vizio TV

TV: Vizio E43u-D2 Console: Xbox One S (Battlefield 1 Special Edition)

Objective: Enabling 4k for Xbox One S

Issue: After a lengthy but helpful phone call with Microsoft support, we have determined that the console is ready to use 4k but the TV's setting's are currenty not enabled to display in 4k and give the "green lights" in the advanced video settings prompted on the console. Does anyone have this problem, have a solution, or have a reference to eliminate this problem?
