i once did about 1 gram of meth nasally

should i be concerned of the health risks from that night, i felt really bad pain and paranoia that has now from almost a year and half ago still haunting me today still paranoid about chest pains and a bit of fear when wanting to do drugs again. was my first time also , was all done at once about 3-4 lines pretty big if i can remember
