What is a Tesla's theoretical top speed?

Tesla apparently participates in the gentleman's agreement between German manufacturers to limit top speeds to 155mph because of the Autobahn. Presumably Tesla is electronically limiting the speed. Does anyone know the highest speed an unrestricted Model S P100DL+ might be able to reach?
