Why was Tony's name circled?

I think it's strange that Hannah would leave her tapes and last wishes with Tony. Even though Tony wasn't caught up with Hannah's drama, their interactions seemed pretty minimal. She was asking a lot of someone who she barely knew. Sure Tony seems like a nice guy, but given Hannah's judgment of character and constant breach of trust, why was she so certain Tony would come through?

It's also strange that Tony's name was circled on the chart she made. She created the chart even before deciding to create the tapes, so it doesn't make sense that Tony's name would be circled as if Hannah had already chosen him to carry out her last wishes.

Is there something Tony isn't telling us?
