[Question] Where to get Google (android) emoji

I need svg or high quality png files of Google's Noto emoji.

I have found the Noto emoji project on GitHub.

But the png images in that project are only 128x128px. There are also svg files, but I cannot find svg for emoji with color modification (e.g. I cannot find the "Santa Claus: Dark Skin Tone" emoji)
