[Question] I have an i7 on 10.3 - Could someone else's blobs get me back to 10.1.1?

I'd really like to jailbreak but when I bought my phone from AT&T it was on 10.2 already. Had to resort to my 16gb iPad Mini 2 on 10.2 which isn't very mobile or useful. I like the power the i7 has which is why I want to jailbreak it so badly. I've got 10.2 blobs, but not 10.1.1.
