Student Navigator - None of AP & First-Year Credit Applied

I was checking Degree Student Navigator last night when I found out that for some reason, I did not complete the first year CHEM 154 requirement for general engineering. I took AP Chem in grade 12, got a 5 but did not use the credits for first year Chem. I took CHEM 154 in first year, but somehow the course listed in the requirement seems to be my transferred AP Chem with 0 credit listed. Who should I contact to get this fixed? Engineering Student Service?

Strangely, my first year MATH requirement, which I had unused AP Cal BC credits, were alright...
