I'm getting the new hookah itch and need some help.

Alright I just can't stop spending money so I'm planning on another hookah. I think this new one will make 17 if I ever get my friend to give back my Cloud Micro. haha

So I'm looking for suggestions for things I don't already have. So lets say what I do have:

Regal Temsah Multiple KMs Cloud Lavoo Starbuzz Multiple Mya and a few more I just can't think of right now.

So the biggest thing to me at the moment are diffusers. The hookah has to be quiet and rumble free. An add on silicone or plastic diffuser is not going to work. I have them and don't like them.

I'm really thinking of getting one of the following: B2 Precious Cut Collection or Lavoo MP5 Deluxe

The B2 worries me though because I don't think that diffuser is going to do a good enough job cutting down on sound and rumble. Also I hate the base on that comes with the B2 Precious Cut Collection. I mean it looks nice but the style is bargain basement KM. I mean for an over $400 dollar hookah that is the best they can do?

My problem with the Lavoo is it looks difficult to clean and I'm honestly confused how the horizontal stem/diffuser actually works without letting water trickle back into the closed off chamber to the left.

I'm also open to a HOOB Navi or MIG something, but not as much as the above hookahs. I'm not interested in a Wookah due to having a Regal and the fact there is no diffuser. I'm also considering getting another Cloud because my "friend" isn't showing any inclination that he's going to give mine back. So bit of advice, don't borrow hookahs to friends, you never get them back. haha

So as you can see I'm scattered everywhere and can't figure out what to buy. This is where you guys jump in.
