Is there a package to help me write type systems?

Hey everyone!

I'm searching for a package I can use to help me write and format the syntax and evaluation/typing rules of a lambda calculus variant. Something like this:

Also if anyone knows a guide or a list of best practices to follow when doing such a thing I'd be grateful for it :)
