[Meta] Issues with chounyuu imageboard?

For whatever reason, I've recently been getting errors upon attempts to load chounyuu. At first, I thought this was a site-wide issue, since nobody I could find was actually posting links from there on the subreddit versions of their image boards, but recently I've caught wind that it's actually just me (presumably) and that it works just fine. In addition, upon connecting via a different computer and different network, the issue does not occur.

This leads me to believe this may have been a ban, but that in of itself raises questions, namely, how to repeal it. From what I can tell, the rules do not explicitly state what I did was bannable - or whatever it was I did in the first place, as nothing was stated. In addition, no contact information is given by mods, not even word of how one could get unbanned.

For the record, the worst I did was make a "Furry 4" thread (Furry 3 was closed), and use a placeholder image, as I did not have any images on hand, and to make a thread, one does need an image as far as I am aware of. I'm not sure if that was considered "ban worthy", how long the ban is (sure as heck is not a few days; I think it's been weeks at this point, maybe a month), what exactly it is I am supposed to do in this situation, or if I'm even supposed to be unbanned in the first place; it's very confusing, and not very clear, especially since the displayed screen does not even state anything clear, and if it is a ban, does not even explicitly state if I've been banned or what I am supposed to do now.

EDIT: While this has gotten several upvotes, I've gotten no answers to my questions. If someone here can ask the staff over there about this, please do so; this is getting odd, and it's very unclear just what it is that's going on.
