I'm tempted to buy Siege on PS4. But I have concerns

Does Siege have dedicated servers? Or is it like For Honor's P2P? If it is like For Honors, how bad are the disconnects? Those drive me borderline insane in For Honor

If I buy the standard edition, how much dlc am I missing out on? More than just new guns?
