I need some help brothers; my new PC just isn't working right and I'm at a loss.
So here is the part list I am working with (Note: I only have 2x4 gb of RAM installed, PCPARTPICKER just didn't have the 4gb sticks in their database so I put in the same type of 8gb sticks instead):

I assembled this computer last Tuesday at work since it's my new office PC and my boss is awesome. This is my 7th build and it went the smoothest yet, considering this case was a real pain in the butt to work with. I got it powered on and working first try, OS and all drivers installed within the first hour of it being up. After starting to enter in old passwords from my nearly dead laptop it just reset itself all of a sudden. I was like well maybe it overheated. Turned it back on and it displayed this screen which I don't think I've ever seen before on any PC. I just chose F1 to get into the BIOS and check out the CPU temp; a balmy ~30c or so. So it didn't overheat, but I installed a larger exhaust fan on top of the case just for the hell of it. Then it wouldn't turn on at all. I ran out of time and just unplugged it for the night.
u/atomkanister over on r/buildapc suggested that I should try and reinstall windows. I came in early on Thursday and gave it a try. It started back up when I plugged it back in, ran long enough to wipe the drive, and install Windows again. It ran perfectly for about 4 hours before doing the same thing again.
So now I'm sitting here with a really nice looking desk ornament and I'm at a loss here folks. I've gone through and reseated the RAM, one at a time to rule out a bad stick. That hasn't changed it. I've redone all the wiring and plugs to no avail. The next step is to take it all apart again and start from base components to see if I messed up somewhere. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening before I go and tear everything out of the case? Any thoughts at all would be appreciated.
