More suggestions of improvements to karma voting policy

If multiple bots from the same IP vote dozens of times per minute, automatically cancel all those votes.

Give people an automatic limit of how many downvotes they can do in rapid succession. For example, some people will downvote all the messages in a thread, without reading them, because they don't like the thread itself.

Don't allow any voting at all in controversial topics. The voting there tends to be based on whether the voter agrees with the opinion. Or base the restriction on what subreddits tend to have controversial topics. Such as news, politics, etc.
