Ryzen 1700x purchases question

Did anyone purchase the 1700x From Refurb4less on Ebay for 300 dollars? I saw the ad on the buildapcsales. I want to know if anyone else purchased it but did get it shipped out yet. I ordered it last week on Wednesday. It still hasn't shipped. I contacted the seller as he told me that it should ship out after 3 business days. Is anyone having a similar problem like mine?
