We have a associate on our cap team who is very unstable, a little back ground. She flys off the handle any given moment. Last week she broke our snack machine and flipped out on another associate. Today Zack was on the ladder of a top stock cart. When the unstable associate pushed a pallet with the walkie stacker hard into him. He almost fell off but grabbed the steal just in time, I could tell he was scared an hurt by the look on his face. A report was written but a report was also written about the machine but nothing was said or done about that. It's a busy time at our store right now inventory is tomorrow but I'm scared someone is going to get hurt bad what's the chance she will be let go soon?
