DAMN. tour question

I have never been to an actual concert and I really want to see the one in Boston in July. I see that they are on sale on Stubhub and other websites but on ticketmaster, there's a wait until the 28th. Will they be cheaper on ticketmaster if i wait? because $250 for one okay seat is ridiculous.
