Question about accident Coverage for Alienware 17r4 1080 graphics Card

So I have the 17 inch Alienware with the gsynch TN panel, 32 gigs of ram and the 6 series HK processor, no issues with it other than the Bezel not being tight enough. Anyway, if I uhhhhh accidentally damaged it or dropped it and had to take advantage of accident coverage, would I get one with the newer panels and 7th gen series processors in it's place, or would I just get a welfare refurbished one?
