Reputable server providers?

I'm looking for a decent host for a 10 slot somewhere in the US. Anyone had any good experiences with dedicated server providers?

After getting the game with some friends, I saw this list on the space engineers site (http://www.spaceengineersgame.com/official-dedicated-servers-hosts.html) and tried one of the companies there, but my server was never provisioned after paying the invoice and support ignored me for a day.

This isn't a name/shame thing, so I'm not pointing out who that is. Just trying to find somewhere I can actually get a server provisioned for my money. ;)
