Local "Humane" Meat

I've been shifting to a vegetarian/vegan diet, but I still consume some meat once in a while (every few days). Are there any local butchers/markets you can recommend that source their meat from "humanely" raised animals?

If you have feelings about "humanely" raised meat, please feel free to share them, too. I love to hear people's views so I can better understand this new territory for me.
