Can anyone recommend the Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation?

I've spent the last week listening to/reading reviews of foundations and I'm leaning towards ELDW. It matches to undertone which is something I'm looking for, and it's also medium to full coverage. Although reviews seem to be pretty mixed on it.

I've got dry skin, but not sensitive skin. I moisturise every couple of days, and I always moisturise before applying foundation (if I don't I find any foundation clings to my dry patches). I've seen some people say this foundation is only good for people with oily skin because it's matte, then I've seen other people with dry skin say that they love this foundation, and there's always the couple of reviews that say they don't like this foundation. Quite a lot of people said ESDW breaks them out, Kathleenlights said she loved the foundation but it really broke her out.

I know foundation isn't a one-size-fits-all, but I'd like to hear other people's opinions before I make this £30 investment.
