[Discussion]Which heroes/villains have the most offensive origin stories?

Was just thinking about Harley Quinn's origin story the other day after rewatching a few episodes of Batman the Animated Series. I didn't see Suicide Squad because I heard her origin is shown as the New 52 version, which is slightly better, but still pretty awful. As an experiment, I wanted to know what other heroes/villains have offensive origins as well. Can be racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. Any suggestions?
