I was part of an investigation into a cage free egg farm. we released our video last week. AM(A)A!

Hi! My name is Alexis. I'm part of the Colorado chapter of Direct Action Everywhere, an international animal rights organization. I was part of a team that investigated a "cage-free, humane" egg farm that supplies Sprouts, a popular grocery store in these part. We released our video last week, documenting what we found.

We've rescued eight hens from that facility. One, Mac, has since died of an egg impaction. I miss her a lot. Annie, Cantrip, Liz, Lula, Willa, Jennifer, and Peach are all alive and well!

Proof, look in the video to see my masked face. I took it yesterday, but didn't have time to do this AMA until today.

Ask me almost anything! I can't provide any answers that could get me into legal trouble.
