[Help] I'm buying a used GS7, do I have to worry about a critical hardware failure like my OnePlus One?

So I'm looking to find a new phone after my OnePlus One experienced a critical hardware failure last month that bricked it. I found a GS7 on Swappa for $320. Great condition, comes with original box and accessories, unlocked GSM, and overall it looks amazing. However I'm worried about buying something with no warranty. Is this something I should worry about? Since my OnePlus One bricked after a year and a half I'm really paranoid about buying a phone that might fail on me. Is this something that I should care about? Because if not then I should probably buy that S7 sooner rather than later. What do y'all think? I've really hit a "brick" wall with this no warranty issue.

As a side point, also, is $320 (USA) a good price point? Will it drop much more in the next month or a should I just buy it?
